Montage Properties does not manage or service individual units or owners. Questions or problems pertaining to a specific unit should be addressed by the owner or the owner's representative (e.g., rental agent).
The Board of Directors requests that owners contact our property management company, Montage Properties, when they have an issue (e.g., parking, WiFi) to allow concerns affecting all owners to be promptly addressed and resolved. Management responds to emails and phone calls within a matter of hours or even minutes whenever possible, 365 days a year. Management is unable to address an issue if not contacted and given an opportunity to act. Prompt contacts will allow management to not only address an issue but to control the associated costs and communicate to owners as needed. It will also reduce frustration and miscommunication among owners.
